In the event when bacteria is discovered, the Laboratory Director tyler brock takes we stain it and make sure that not only does it help us to see it but depending on the type of stain, it allows us to identify that bacteria as well. Safety is our firststconcern. Here as sneakys chicken, health as reason to keep consumers safe. We dont want anybody out getting any illnesses from the food that we make. We label everything. We date it. We make sure everything is just as it needs to be when it comes in and out the door.
