Lets go places. Welcome to cbs this morning. A brand new New York Times poll shows an important shift in the republican president ial race. For the first time, ben carson is leading donald trump nationwide. 26 of republican primary voters support the retired neuro surgeon. Trump has 22 . He was the leader just two weeks ago. This is the first time that trump has fallen out of the lead since he entered the race. He faces a public fact check about the recent campaign claim. Ford Motor Company announces its Third Quarter profits in about two hours. What does that have to do with the political story . Ford ceo is eager to respond to trumps erroneous boast that he shamed the company. I heard last night that ford is moving back to the United States. They may not do that deal. I should get credit for that. Reporter credit for what . Ford will still spend 2. 5 billion in mexico to build two new engine and transmission plants. Ford is muoving 1,000 Assembly Line jobs to ohio, a decision it announced in 2011. One of trumps republican rifles Ohio Governor john kasich helped engineer the return of ford factory jobs. This morning a South Carolina sheriffs deputy assigned to a school is banned disturbing video shows the white deputy wrestling and dragging a black sfrunttudent from her desk. She is later arrested. Reporter the Richland County Sheriff Department says the teacher asked the female student to leave the class room several times. When she refused the schools resource officer was called in to have her, quote, removed. Amateur video posted to social media shows Richland County deputy ben fields wrapping his arm around the students neck. He flips her desk over and daughters and sons her across the floor. Give me your hand. Reporter other video shows fields restraining the student in front of the class room while a School Administrator and stunned classmates looked on. Victims of a plane crash are thanking a helicopter crew from our cbs station in miami for coming to their rescue t. Pilot in Broward County t. Helicopter news team landed and checked on the victims before the rescuers airve radioed. Elaine quijano is here with an inside look at the moment after the plane trash. Elaine, good morning. Good morning t. Pilot says he was asked by air Traffic Control to locate a plane spkd of crashing on monday afternoon. When he and his crew located the aircraft, they found themselves rushing to help the victim. Chopper 4 has just located this plane. Reporter the wfor chopper news team was the first to spot the wreckage in the everglades. These were folks from chopper 4. Chopper 4 was in the air trying to locate the plane. Reporter the plane fell into pieces on impact. The pilot saw signs of life and few he had to help. Seeing the gentleman standing on the wings was food news from my standpoint. But it was a pretty good airplane. I few there could have been other passengers on board. Reporter you can see carofaro when a crew member rushed to check on the pilot. He was bleeding and couldnt get out of the plane. Moments later, another survivor is seen running back to the wreckage. He had gone to find help. Its not the normal day. Trumps support among women Republican Voters fell from 25 hand count to 19 . Women now give carson an eighghpoint advantage. I was just looking at this poll. Seven in ten republican primary voters say its too early to say for sure their mind is made up. Seven in ten, 70 , so i think this race could still change a great deal according to these numbers.
