To get a job avoid public transit listen to the radio this is a rush to raise and on k l z 560 those stores Yeah listen to us every day we appreciate it very much the Friday edition rush to reason any page here let's get started with movie reviews Let's start right in now we've seen dozens of comic books the old made into movies right and you've seen a lot of we all have Marvel pictures and all kinds of like that but John how many actually make you feel like you're reading a comic book now and not right they try to get away from that well now there is one and it's called Spider man into the spider verse. 19000 rather. One and on the spot in the play of these this what I thought you'd hear the Super Collider you know the to. Feel and make it possible please kids listen up this is your Universe Song It's weird it's Gross and this delicious normal Fry is now universe so you want to learn to be Spider-Man t.-z. Truth to consciously. Doing a double tap tightly and whip it out again. And really where. The to. Play. Play Who are you. Going to know there are some other dimension the most people are the kind of fellow players. Who could literally not get anywhere it can get weird. Ok. We need to get universal clinical aspects. Of. What's wrong place. That's mine. That. Makes you different. Makes you wonder. What makes you different is what makes you Spider-Man and there's lots of different Spider-Man in this movie now this is mainly a kids' show why do we do kids' shows because he has it's Christmas time and also because you want to know am I going to be able to tolerate watching this right my kid grandkid and so forth is this something I can stomach got all right makes sense to me Miles more else he's a good kid with a somewhat smothering dad who is also a cop by the way you have a smothering dad no. He called you 5 times and just now yeah Ok No you didn't well I I had an interesting situation my dad was my middle school principal Oh wow yeah dad was not smothering at all but it was he was always there because I was in school he was and I make sense yeah and it's just kind of hard having your dad always around when you're around with the guys right well Miles loves his dad because you know all the bad things out there so his dad wants to keep him out of trouble it's also pretty embarrassing to have your dad you know he drives you up to your school lets you out and then demands that you tell him you love him in front of everybody before he'll drive off which is actually a very cute scene but it's it's awkward and this is a cartoon it's a cartoon I got it yeah but you know I love the looks I love and I'm pretty good cartoon though right now as Dad's got the you know the microphone and that kind of stuff that yeah it's cute cartoon Well now dad also has something he doesn't like though he doesn't like Spider-Man there Spider-Man there in the city has to like him because see he's a cop and he has to follow all the rules when he has crime writing Spider-Man he just gets to do his own thing on is dead doesn't like that well then Miles though gets bitten by a radioactive spider just like Spider-Man did making him become everything is dead dislikes naturally miles keeps a secret but he seeks out Spider-Man for help Ok now this is where it starts to the movie starts to look like a comic book they actually have captions that you see above where people are talking and moving and so vocals have a little bubbles not for everything they say but you know the little square caption saying you know nervously he did not as excited we ran into that very interesting adverse thing that's done before well unfortunately disaster strikes the 1st Spider-Man who is Peter Parker he gets killed fighting a super villain now it's all over the news as everyone learns Peter was Spider-Man all along so where's asleep miles just when it appears that he has no one to mentor him suddenly. Another Spider-Man drops in from another universe he can't believe this and this guy is also Peter Parker only an older version Ok and a chubby one Ok and so he suddenly as somebody who can maybe can teach him the ropes when we come to learn that there are many universes and each has a different version of Spider-Man stranger still several more Spider-Man are brought into Miles this dimension including this I like this one a cloaked crusader Spider-Man who seems right out of a classic 1940 s. Cartoon and I mean that's just kind of cool a female Spider-Man in black and white who is her universe is Gwen Stacy as you heard Gwen Stacy by the way is one of the girlfriends of Spider-Man in the normal story Ok not in this one she's from another universe and she's Spider Woman you have an Asian girl who controls a mechanical spider bot was super tech and they do her in like Japan art kind of stuff which is get you know the big guys and that kind of thing and finally yes a cartoon pig sparred Spiderman Ok saw that actually he's kind of the ship the scene stealer in this movie well each Spider-Man has basic Spider-Man powers but they also have some different ones as well the take for instance has powers like you see with Bugs Bunny or Road Runner and coyote he can literally pull out an anvil and drop it on somebody at it you know pull out a out of nowhere a mallet that is $33.00 times his size if he can do things like that which is kind of fun well together with the zany group of alternate dimension spider people young Miles must learn what it means to be a hero while fighting the evil villain Kingpin and he also must learn how to appreciate his dead that's the story all right what works well quite a bit the look is like nothing I've ever seen John it really is they blend together several cartoon styles from really old to very new and it's just this kind of. All over the map different styles which is kind of fun actually classic and modern the characters are quickly drawn but effective I really liked the relationship between Miles and his dad and really one thing that sometimes bogs down these cartoon movies is where they try to go too far into character development it's like this is a cartoon guys move it along we would learn and when they do that it slows it down well they don't in this movie the action is relentless just boom boom boom and I could be too bored at least not with the action the jokes are offbeat it's a different kind of humor than I've seen in any Spider-Man movie I like that with a different feel than I've ever seen this is after all a smart but frustrated kid you know can I not have a dad who's there all the. Time I enjoyed listening to the cloak crusader talk forty's lingo while being ultra serious and the pig was a can't they that those those guys really made the movie for me what doesn't work and John there are some few very big things 1st of all this movie goes way too far out of its way to be a diversity show and of course the villain is a white man not that it's talking politics that isn't it's just the on diversity diversity diversity and after a while it just gets a little old National Review did a review on this movie and the guys said the same thing it's got all the pacing early on is good but the 2nd half just becomes monotonous tedious and boring it's just all over the place and now many jokes hit home after halfway and early on the jokes are really pretty fresh after a while they just they're there to do it no they stop writing I think they want to know what writers strike an hour and a half way through yes this thing needed some serious editing and by the way this is close to 2 hours you know you don't do that with a kid show 14145 max All right this should have they should cut 2020 minutes easy it just seemed like they were struggling to find a good ending you know because this is a very bizarre story and they were struggling to end it. And that was pretty obvious there's a major plot problem and that characters from other dimensions can't stay too long because they're breaking down and yet the villain he wants to bring back some people he lost who are born to him and what then since he lost them he wants to bring them in from another dimension Well that's a pretty obvious plot problem right there going to break down to it they never mention it here's the biggest problem what starts out as a strong cohesive story early on it collapses into an endless series of images flashing around it's like watching an hour of You Tube Just image images Yeah I know or m.t.v. Images images everything seems disjointed granted the younger crowd could handle that better and I could tell they enjoyed it more. But even a lot of them seem to tune out a little bit they did a while Miles is likeable it's hard to care much about what happens to characters when they're all just part of a string of images it becomes very uninteresting I was bored out of my skull in the 2nd half of this may be Ok all right Rotten Tomatoes gave this a surprising 98 percent which shocked me. I thought I was pretty good but 98 percent good no quality I'm giving this 3 stars political I'm giving it 2 stars just too much of the diversity show it gets a little more religious I really like the message about him and his father than opposed to appreciate each other as they are 4 stars for more religious and so right now there are no family pics that are worth seeing this one is fairly worth seeing just understand it is going to like it if you're not I think they are I think kids are going to like this I think it's definitely worth bringing kids to or better yet sending kids to but if you go to it I think you're going to enjoy the 1st half and the 2nd half check out a bit you know. Well for your phone it's something that the scores on than anything on there you go Ok All right good when all right we'll come right back we'll do once upon a Deadpool We'll be right back Arvada west on truck on up next they'd love to take care of you in your vehicle anything you need I guess is all the time a bumper to bumper service literally they've got every piece of equipment that you can imagine to fix your vehicle that's important today's electronic world 303-422-1065 it's Arvada West auto and truck dot com. in Prague at 30342265 today fasten your seat belts and put on a helmet the push for universal health care will be front and center next year it will cost you money and limit your health care options Monday death to health care expert and one of the few individuals in America who read the complete Obamacare legislation joins us. Rush Tori's a rush to reason Denver's afternoon rush tales the 560 All right our next movie review is it's Once upon a Deadpool but 1st let me ask you you never saw the Princess Bride right I never did I know Cassie did because she's a God fearing American I'm sorry Ok she actually likes quality cinema I've never seen it Leslie is that one of the great weight isn't that one of the effect movie yeah oh yeah yeah Leslie that is one of the movies where she did not know him you know who I'm always into pacing and editing you know do they do they take out any of the garbage you don't want that is perhaps the best edited movie I've ever seen in my life really stop it is just it just doesn't just move move move move move and well the interesting thing about that movie is in the beginning it starts that movie is all. A grandfather visiting his sick grandson who's at home in bed you know and it's for a little of a young boy Fred Savage wearing a Chicago Bears shirt t. Shirt and he's in bed at home and his grandfather played by Peter fault remember he was Colombo and he comes in and reads him the story the current The Princess Bride that's a whole story Ok well that little boy was played again by Fred Savage It was a great movie now Fred is a grown man but he has been kidnapped and is being held hostage in the same bedroom wearing the same shirt where he knew he was now here the tale of Deadpool in Once Upon a Deadpool. Right before Christmas oh good god great coming to theaters with his new sidekick brave Why am I here so I could reach a story of Deadpool to filtered through the prism of childlike innocence you say photographing us I'm sure working and approved for t.v. For the 1st time ever did too much p.g. 13 the Goliaths bomber you sit around here for. Example in a day it would be 230 in theaters December 12th Ok that sounds funny yeah those scenes are funny I mean so it's funny you know they just tell you right off but John let me ask you something or what is what is a best of episode on t.v. Mean to you when there's a you know you've got a sitcom and they do a best of episode should be the best of that particular show yeah but what is it what are they doing to well go find the best parts of that show either either as a collage of put it all together or find one of the best shows ever and play that exactly what they're doing is showing clips of the best you know of basically what they've had earlier in the year right and what they're really doing is putting out an entire episode where they only have to do a few minutes of new footage correct they're being lazy That's true yeah which is fine I'm Ok with that if it works well once upon a Deadpool we replay Deadpool to. Who as he said but as told by Deadpool who is Ryan Reynolds to the little boy in a bed but it's a grown up Fred 7 got it taped down in the bed was a it with a bear's. Wakes up with a bear's teachers he's been he's been kidnapped Ok right this movie is literally a retelling of Deadpool 2 in fact once upon a Deadpool only has about 20 minutes of new footage Ok this is a 2 hour movie John so they really took a lot of the other. Re did it and inserted as we have seen yes they did mostly it's like I said 20 minutes of new footage mostly the interactions between Deadpool and savage and just a little extra like the guy you're talking to though the the lady I love doing up here because she's an old lady with. It's there the rest I'm sorry I was kind of struggling here the rest is just replaying Deadpool to now how good John is a sight gag the 2nd time you see a very good no Deadpool 2 had a lot of psychics Yeah a lot of baby legs and things like that. Same lines same action scenes same long drawn out death scene same outtakes they did the exact same outtakes they didn't even do new ones really just let people know right up front if you go to that once about a Deadpool you are literally going to see about an hour and 40 minutes of Deadpool to. Replayed Ok it's a best of show Ok Ok what works the scenes with Savage are hilarious they are he's very bitter but they really hit it off just talking about you know just talking about the movie and and what they well I'll get into that in just a 2nd they really hit it off but during the rest of the movie all you want to do is return to the bedroom scene and see these 2 talking more because you don't want to see the same movie you already saw in the spring you want to see more of this because these guys are funny Fred Savage and Ryan Ryan Reynolds could do a whole action movie together and it would be great I mean their chemistry was remark and so that's what I like talk a little bit then insert some of the footage and talk a little bit insert footage or what Yeah but the thing is is that the footage goes far far far longer than them. Ok now what doesn't work well literally replaying most of Deadpool too with your f. Words is ridiculous right the audience was for the most part dead silent this was a horrible idea really it really was this was just bad the audience because you know the baby like scene which is hilarious visual right you know everybody just kind of looking at each other like are they literally doing what we thought that they were going to do make a different spin or show kind of the story from a kid's view or something no they just pretty much just showing the movie as all they did clean up the language a little Yeah Deadpool too also has far too many gratuitous attacks on Christians and Republicans just like you know and it just it gets old it takes away the fun not just because it's us they're ripping on but because they're ripping on someone right when you're supposed to be having this kind of fun movie. Right is supposed to be for kids well right it's supposed to be for people who can't who younger teens let's put it that way Ok so because it's p.g. 13 it's not are right now here's the biggest thing here's my biggest problem with this movie John is the last opportunity I would have like what you just said Ok you show some of Fred Savage in him talking get back to the movie then them talking them back to movie what you just described as something I don't think you've ever seen it's called Mystery Science Theater 3000 Have you ever seen that no Ok really quick mystery it's m.s.t. 3 k. Trust me millions of people know it's a cult favorite and I've watched all of them. Is a guy that's really low low tech There's a guy and 2 robots and he's stranded being held hostage in a spaceship Ok by evil scientists who send him horrible movies that he has to watch with these 2 robots now I know this sounds silly but these what they are is 3 comedians and throughout the entire movie they're inserting line after line after line after line and talking over the movie and making it much funnier than it is that is what they should have done it and I do with our clips they should have had Deadpool actually showing him the movie and the 2 of them talking over it and enter adding Hines and criticizing throughout it sure then this would have been a hilarious movie instead it was 20 minutes a new foot footage and everything else was the same old stuff out of this is the biggest missed opportunity I've seen in a long time Ok so and going we have time for this Ok Oh are you really quick want the review you know if for 2nd get into the 2nd go I could ask a question for you ask why did they make a movie like this then. Fran Reynolds said that he would only do it if they were going to donate a bunch of the money to charity Ok which I don't know the charities I'm sure it's stuff we don't like but and that's why they did it they did it as a cash grab. That it was low buck to make I'm guessing right you take a lot of us out of the other years you don't have a lot of make sure Service correct scene work and things like that because basically it's these 2 in the hospital room chatting it is you know you take you just inserts are literally they could do one set up record everything between these 2 and insert the rest of the movie John this movie cost about the same to make it I have to assume it cost outside of the their pay it has a cost about same to make as a sitcom episode right I mean if you're not doing else right this is all you're doing is watching another movie or a stage together but the guys a lot I'm talking to you go and the reason it's such a missed opportunity if they've done the Mystery Science Theater $3000.00 of them and then critiquing the movie and making fun of it as it went through along the way it would really want to work Jaeger not just because it's a great concept nobody believes you but because these are funny guys and they are so funny so why didn't they I don't know I think lazy just lazy it's like this is right all of us is like have written all that in like you just said Right yeah you would had to write the lines amnesty 3 k. I forget what they say they did their. Oh gosh that has like $200.00 or 221-0250 gags per episode Yes All right Ok so you're writing these as you do because you're throwing them in there so quickly got it so they would have to actually work for it this is the worst cash grab movie I've seen in my lifetime the laziest worst cash grab movie ever Ok I'm sorry now run tomatoes gave this 51 percent Not sure why it went that high Ok here and here the audience that saw it with me would not I gave it for quality one and a half stars because the Fred Savage scenes were 5 star Ok And then of course arrest was just you know a replay right political 0 stars obviously more religious 0 stars obviously because they want to be you know in jest things that were those who you know are seen Deadpool to depicts Christians and Republicans as the evil one right in the right yeah so yeah I wouldn't see this I didn't want to see this I was bitter having seen this and so was my wife I'm sorry marriage is hanging together a way to see this one well yeah we wanted to you know the marriage was threatened by this my word she's better kind of holding it against me but there you go so once upon a Deadpool I would recommend not seeing it last question Ok Why is it out now. Because right for Christmas and if I can get the biggest bang for the buck then right but they made sure to release it at an off time you know before the bigger Christmas was it which by the way had come out next week Ok so would have some sort of a dance at least right. So it have some sort of a dent but the bigger Christmas movies are coming out next week and so this is why these 3 movies released this week so I guess I read a line from. Google when you search for once upon a Deadpool that says Mormons upset over a new Once upon a Deadpool poster depicting the hero as Jesus. What's with that all about any idea . They kind of make him look messianic in his I don't know it's so silly and stupid nobody cares and I doubt there's any Mormons who really care Ok got it all right all right we'll come right back in just a minute Scott while going to join us right now from Save the Children Scott how things going sir they really were very well thank you for the time it's always a joy to have you like a little update here before we get into the Christmas season and just you know sort of find out what's going on Save the Children what you guys have going on christmas time you know I mean the rest of us are are you know here we're getting ready for Christmas we've got all the things going on we you know we're really trying to emphasize to folks that hey we're all having a great time we're all having a great Christmas How have things been going on for you guys what you're 20 seamanlike and so on well there was a real good news is that there's a dollar for dollar match in place right now and so you know I have a feeling that if we had a flat screen t.v. Country reasons now back to Rush. Rush to reason Denver's effort in Rush tales the 560 Friday edition of rush to reason All right our 3rd and final movie review is more toll engines yes it is John I'm going to ask you a question user when Joe Theismann broke his leg and I do remember how they show the highlights over and over and over you saw it right I think everybody has Ok Well John I bring this up to say that there are things in life that once you see them you can never unsee that's true and this brings us to Mortal Engines from the film makers of The Lord Of The Rings strange thing this is what it claims for happens a question Is it mad max on steroids it tries to be Yes Ok Yes Ok by the way way way way when they ask a question do you want to die I think a lot of us yeah we do in the audience we get are we would have and we would have answered differently I want to live well how about I don't have money make sure they understand the promise because I seen the previews this is basically the the what the Earth has been destroyed if people know the still live here the cities are basically on wheels and they can move around at will these yes these enormous tank like platforms right that you have whole cities on. Yeah let's jump it Ok. And you know by the way folks it's always a warning when they say made by you know Peter Jackson they make you know who brought us The Lord Of The Rings right you know it's just. That's always a warning that this is going to be an awful movie and this is here we are in the future the earth has been torn apart by terrible events coming from the use of ice and global warming right I actually know yeah they did something else so we we discovered a terrible bull weapon own and we used it upon each other Oh and tore everything up and you know so badly that we the continents have shifted and split apart and the ground can simply shift beneath you so if the ground shift beneath you there's only one solution but again we'll put your city hunt we'll. Get it I have it around yes oh my gosh this is painful content uing on rampaging across barren plains that looks like something from Mad Max great cities roll along an enormous tank like platforms as I said before all the buildings are still there parks schools all on the platform yes yes yes because these are enormous They literally are this is what I ran I said a city yes it is only There's got done. And so there you go and it was about his and you know as entertaining as watching that Ok got it and how do you fuel these big cities Well that's easy John you gobble up little cities little towns because they also got little tolerance just a few buildings out of that are zip that are right running across on the plains Ok if you're seeing the game Hungry Hungry Hippos just see the keris commercials for hungry and hungry hungry hungry hit as yeah same thing that's pretty much the city's eating up the other city imagine a huge city thundering behind a helpless little toad was a city gets its claws into the town the town people and all is literally devoured and then torn apart and burned for a few good for food fuel for fuel for food whatever it is currently a few Ok I'll bet the orphanages go 1st I mean you've got to really make this sure bet. Gosh even with these massive platforms thundering across an even terrain the resulting jolt somehow do not destroy the structures on top which is amazing you know what it's like I mean in San Francisco if you get a 7.2 or whatever buildings are falling apart right this thing has jolts happening that would be tense and these buildings just hold right together no problem well the big bad he is London because why not why not London and the evil warlord of this movie is Thaddeus Valentine played by oft used villain actor Hugo Weaving does a lot of villain roles Well Valentine as a dream he wants to rediscover the powerful weapons used to turn the world into a complete disaster so he can drive London through other kingdoms and take them over while destroying them to. So basically Valentine is a California voter Ok yes he wants to we've ruined this place let's go ruin other places as well he wants to do this he's big I don't like it you're California there you go one person stands in Valentine's way her name is Hester Shaw has or has a terrible past with Valentine She Wants Revenge has her also wears a scarf over half or our of her face largely because she has her terrible past with Valentine where she got disfigured at it whatever I couldn't get over the hungry hungry cities on the plains I really couldn't focus our ng up other cities yes Hester list the help of Tom a technically savvy nerd who wants to be a pilot they start off not getting along but then they go through adventures saving his other's lives and blah blah blah romance I am sorry that that formula so overdone and beaten to death but they use it here well you know in real life when you don't like someone you date someone else but not in the movies that always means that's a key a clue that you're going to fall in love there are many other characters men need other characters including Valentine's daughter who doesn't know her dad's evil scheme and a zombie like creature who wants to kill history's Shah she broke a promise to him whatever I couldn't get over the hungry hungry cities on the plains still focusing on that so no Heather must avoid getting killed by the angry Zombie she let She let down don't ever break a promise to a powerful zombie John I want to know that it's not a good idea and somehow stop valentine from unleashing his great weapon upon the eastern land she must stop valentine from turning Colorado into California got it he's an evil man actually he's trying to destroy a futuristic version of China by blowing up their great wall Ok I'm not kidding Ok All right what works in this movie. Well some of the visuals though preposterous are impressive London is like a Mad Max version of the Death Star complete with a super weapon so that's kind of cool I like that I like tester and Tom and Hugo Weaving Weaver cue go excusing Weaver like Hugo Weaving he can play Mother Theresa's a villain this guy could I'm a member of the Matrix he was Agent Smith. Transformers he was Megatron Captain America he was Red Skull Lord Of The Rings he played l. Ron My wife will watch Lord of the Rings with me because every time he comes on I start quoting matrix Mr Anderson Yeah I've got it he plays villains very well so he looks good in that Ok what doesn't work in this movie well. John is very see a movie that is completely destroyed by its premise before it begins the promise is so stupid Honestly I thought this was being made as a joke trailer I didn't think they actually made a movie based on this it looks so bad there are tons of characters that are introduced even brief bios and then barely developed the daughters brought in and she's really you know upset she finds out Dad she my dad Darth dad is actually evil then you barely hear from her until the end of the movie and even then you barely hear from her so they develop up her character and then just leave it there that's it for they get another hour much of the action is Pat is packed with narrow escapes that simply couldn't happen but maybe I feel that way because I wanted everyone devoured by the London Death Star led by Darth Valentine I just want everybody to die because I felt they deserved it for being in this movie got it got it a let's do it God and tomatoes gave this a simulating 27 percent I gave it one star. For quality for political 3 stars more religious 3 stars Fortunately it didn't at least I don't think it's did anything offensive in these areas I had kind of terrorism or as a result is moral. It really didn't say much so it's a score well 33 Sorry yeah political 3 maybe a little 3 more 13 and 3 quality one folks save yourself save your children do not see Mortal Engines because life is too short Ok So real quickly governments here last Mad Max which I know a lot of people loved I liked I was not one of the people of the I know that I thought it was extremely boring and too far fetched and I don't know just trying to just trying to even just kind of I don't explain the last Mad Max for me personally it just to me just got kind of I don't know you always kind of knew it was going to happen next because it was just sort of this this continual. How I can't think of the right words but it just it just kept on and on one note Yeah yeah it's kind of a one note think and I'm like is likely going to ever end it will that's that's basically what the Mad Men smoothies are like that I know now that does that 1st it was as not a good excuse for some of the best of all of them my opinion yeah sorry man I like this last one but really well I like the 1st one with you know Mel Gibson but when you go back and watch that again it's bad well no no it's not bad but it does drag it multiple points it really does it does it drags up multiple points and this latest one moves much better Ok so how does that move compared to this one with the moving cities. That the cities are the only things that move Ok that well no I mean look they're moving the story along it's just that. Early on they actually try to do some character development which is good because you actually want to care about these people being devoured right and then they stop and they try to put too many characters in got it and then it just it just gets out sorry to use the the engine thing but it gets derailed and I make sense it's awful close up the next week we're going to some better movie going right and next week also we're going to do we're going to go along with Andy we're going to do a little bit in the 4 o'clock hour talking about what's your favorite Christmas movie as well so be ready for that will do that next week as well so like to hear some people's favorite always funny All right Michael Bailey labile estate planning coming up next I'd love to help you with your estate and get that all done handled ready to go this Christmas season if you haven't done that yet believe me it needs done 720-394-6887 Michael Bayly la mobile estate planning telling your home on rush to reason. All right Dan we're here we're back rest reason to Dan we're here he chuckle about this this is not to laugh bad but a lot of times we get the death of individuals wrong Sorta like when Gilligan died in a long time on one city killing and died but he died like 10 years prior Well today it was announced that Sandra Locke died now she did just die in the announcement was today but she died like 6 weeks ago right Charlie Nov 3rd so they just announced at the y. But I don't know it just says that they. Are young and of them are thought according to the death certificate obtained by The Associated Press but her death was not publicized until one of Cleese would will attend whatever funeral they've either had or going to have I would as I would think so they were together for a Charlie said 13 years now I will say this please don't get mad at me those had to have been those had to have been Dirty Harry's worst 13 years of his life because she was the absolute worst actress I've ever seen in my entire life horrible but cute cute in a really not even a cute she was awful I thought she was pretty cute now I will say this to Clint Eastwood the years that he made movies with her those are also some of the worst movies Clint Eastwood ever made as far as I'm concerned at the recent past whenever awful absolutely appalled anyone. Yeah the air Yeah they I mean everybody Westerns that's what I was getting all of his police Dirty Harry all that stuff you know the enforcer I mean those are just fabulous Ms Grant's Reno great movies the movies with Sandra lock other than I did like the gauntlet but outside of that movie they were all awful with her him Ok next week really quick 3 big ones I call man Mary Poppins returns and surprisingly Bumblebee looks like that's going to be a very good chance for mistake oh yeah well it's a prequel and all actually looks really good Ok All right well come back next week we'll have more movies and at 4 o'clock we'll talk about your favorite Christmas movie as well up next though we've got more guests coming your way to more hours rush to reason Denver's afternoon rush k l z 560. This is news politics and commentary with. We've been talking about the last few days the double standard that exists between Republicans and Democrats 2 sets of laws where Democrats can get away with campaign finance laws violation Hillary Clinton to the tune of 84000000 dollars Hillary Clinton the d.n.c. To the tune of $10000000.00 in money laundering in funneling and mis filing and falsely reporting election report disclosure forms and that's Ok no harm done Barack Obama in his 2008 campaign can violate campaign finance laws to the tune of $2000000.00 as charged by the Federal Election Commission itself and no special counsels no prosecutors No none of that stuff just a fine of 370 $5000.00 we see this all the time but anybody connected to Donald Trump knew were going to throw the book at you and even something that's not a campaign finance expenditure like the 130000 dollars to Stormy Daniels too bad we're going to call that a campaign donation and then throw the book of Michael Cohen hoping to get some dirt on Donald Trump is just not right well here's the latest you have a lady named Lateesha James Lateesha James was just elected in the midterm elections as the new attorney general of the state of New York New York is where Donald Trump is from of course Lateesha James is a liberal left wing Democrat Trump paid her she has declared openly she is and. Minting in an interview with n.b.c. News that she is going to use the power and the authority of her office to go on a fishing hunt expedition into every aspect of Donald Trump his past his businesses his friends his associates his family and dig into their past and see what possible dirt she can dig up to maybe charge them with crimes this is the attorney general of the state of New York who says she's going to do this as n.b.c. News reports quote incoming New York attorney general plans wide ranging investigations of Trump and family just elected Lateesha James who takes office next month tells n.b.c. News she will probe real estate deals Trump Tower meeting Amal humans Trump foundation and more and is planning extensive probes of President Donald Trump and his family members and b c news goes on to say that she says that she will dig into and probe his family and quote anyone in his circle she said quote We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well you know I think about this how would I be responding if 8 years ago the very same thing were happening but in reverse let's pretend Barack Obama after he was elected in 2008 let's now pretend it's 2 years later 2010 and since Obama was from Illinois let's pretend in 2010 midterms that the newly elected attorney general of the state of Illinois was a conservative Republican who didn't like Obama I'm going to tell you right now folks I would absolutely be condemning and criticizing that Attorney General if he stated openly that he was going to use the power of his office to dig into the personal lies.
