They tried to pull him over. But munoz led them on a chase which ended in henderson just off auto show drive. V tried to steal a car from an elderly couple. People nearby tried to stop munoz. And the trooper arrived on scene moments later. Nhp says the suspect got into a scuffle with the trooper. Then managed to get into the stolen car. But was shot before he could drive away. Nhp says the suspect was transported to the hospital, where he died the next day. Nhp says trooper david dudley was the one who shot munoz and is now on routine paid administrative leave.
