Karen . karen castro one of the alleged victims mother testified the school failed to notify her even after administrators had received two separate complaints that her son was being bullied. Aimee hairr first learned her son was being picked on by another mother whose child was in the same band class at greenspun junior high school. Back in september of 2011, the mom wrote an email to administrators notifying them hairrs son had been stabbed with a pencil the news came after the alleged victim had already filed a complaint with the dean. Hairr testified she made several attempts to get an adminstrator on the phone and eventually spoke to the schools assitant principal who told her she had the option of removing her son from the school. Hairr testified, in the months after september, she believed the bullying had stopped because her son would tell her everything was fine at school. Even though she noticed changes in his behavior. In january of 2012, her son finally confessed the bullying had not stopped and thats when she and never return. aimee hairr alleged victims mom because my son was sexually assaulted and School Administration knew it.
