And the other critically injured a pedestrian. The first happened around 1 30 this morning. On saint rose parkway near the i15. Nhp says the 59yearold bicyclist. Had all the right safety gear on at the time of the crash. Including a reflective vest and flashlights but investigators say that wasnt enough to prevent the driver of an offroad vehicle. From hitting the bicyclist and killing him. Nhp suspects the driver of the atv was drunk. trooper Chelsea Stuenkel enough to not drive impaired. Get that designated driver. Metro says another suspected drunk driver hit a pedestrian near maryland parkway and charleston. Police say the driver took off but witnesses followed the driver.
