Police arrested mario pinto and two 17yearolds on suspicion of rape. A woman says she woke to find an intruder inside her bedroom. Right now the north bay getting the most rain. Could be up to 5inches, that is very dense. Really significant throughout the next 24 hours. The rest of the north bay approaching 31 2 inches.
