It is seismically safe, deserved to sway up to 9 feet in the bay. Close to 90 of our water comes from the division pipeline. So its critical that we have that lifeline. Investigators are now trying to determine exactly how he was hurt. The federal Appeals Court is considering a lawsuit involving a school in morgan hill.
