Right now, the light approaching the tunnel is about 3foot candles. But when they enter the tunnel, the measurement jumps to 20. Four officers fired hitting Gonzalez Guerrero 20 times but he survived. It is said to be the largest moment paid for a case involving police contact. New rules for fracking are expected to pass the state senate tomorrow, and Governor Brown plans to sign them. Fracking is the procedure where water, sand, and chemicals are forced deep into the earth to release natural gas and oil. The bill would require drillers to disclose what chemicals they use, obtain permits, and notify nearby homeowners. Environmentalists say the rules dont go far enough.
