I guess statement to the judge that well we're not ready and this is sensitive information well you know you indicted Russians connected with the Kremlin You said so in the indictments. So you're not prepared to go forward. Of course you are otherwise you wouldn't have issued the indictments that's the whole point of being prepared you're ready to go to trial you're ready to bring them to justice. So my confidence waned and my question is how much how thorough is he in this investigation in general and the and the other point that I would have or the Department of Justice told of a Nunez no one of the reasons they gave was because it's still an ongoing investigation with the mother investigation as if only the Muller investigation only an investigation by this is an interesting point because what the Department of Justice is stating is that only an investigation by the Department of Justice. Is allowed to get the top secret information which means only the mole or investigation can't that you know can get the information that they want the House of Representatives that is actually the oversight of the Department of Justice then the f.b.i. Doesn't get it that the executive branch gets to decide that only the executive branch gets to see the top secrets and the actual oversight of that executive branch department the House and Senate does not that's bogus Well it is bogus and here's how you you know it's bogus. We go back to Adam Schiff. If Adam Schiff were truly confident that the documents from the Department of Justice. Would bring damage to the Trump administration. He'd be screaming at the top of his lungs for those documents to be turned and that's what he's claimed he says he has proof and that there is proof while the proof would have to come from the investigation. It would have to come from these documents. That would be something showing. It's a soup sandwich from top to bottom so rigidly when the unmasking thing came up Susan Rice said she knew nothing about unmasking Well you don't lie unless you have something to hide but then she was on a television program with Judy Woodruff from p.b.s. About a month after that statement and she knew all about unmasking. And then Samantha Power and mass $200.00 some odd people by the way each one of those would be a crime and then she said they were on mass they said they were unmasked in your name and she said it wasn't me right that's what she writes but the that's what Trey Gowdy said I don't know she left behind and I was behind closed doors testimony That's right Dave and Trey Gowdy said that she claims it was not her right and I wonder what will how did that disappear why is that still being investigated arisen or is. This all Weissenstein was on the Laura Ingram and he was the special counsel in the Whitewater investigation and he came up with the same thing I've been saving in my brain for a year he said Susan Wright Samantha Power and mass 200 people and I've never he said I've never heard a credible explanation as to why she said it wasn't her well if it wasn't her who was it yeah somebody correct collusion is a crime but paying a foreign national in a campaign is a crime and if I'm not mistaken Christopher steals a foreign national you know he was paid by cover that Couey group through Hillary Clinton right that's going Yeah and and beyond that I mean somebody using you know Samantha Power if Trey Gowdy is information is accurate and true and she someone basically at that point would be using her credentials for unmasking. That's against the law you can't do that. So we've had these questions since we have we learned since Trey Gowdy was talking about that that you know he wasn't her then who was it we brought that up many times on the show saying are right no where do you go with that investigation because at that point somebody is using her security clearance in order to unmask and that has never been somebody before Trey Gowdy leaves should ask him that question well and and it would be again that that's a massive part of the follow up because if you're talking about the rate of unmasking that was done. Under her credentials. Then that's a huge massive part of this case. And so where's the follow up on. What would be and I guess you could probably answer that question. Maybe not Mr Gowdy But certainly Mr Nunez Yes we're looking to answer all these questions with the f.b.i. Documents. Because if you think about the the massive amounts of documents that they're looking to get a look at all the questions that those documents might answer. I think it's probably logical to say and in fact it is logical to say that many of those questions if not all would be answered through those documents. Which is the whole point. And so we haven't seen anything pointing to again either some at anyone accusing officially I guess of her lying. Or that information is not accurate. The last thing I have is Judicial Watch Feb 16th suing the State Department to get Freedom of Information Act request to get that information about Samantha Power and all of the unmasking right so there were a few stories on. That one and then I see here we still don't know about the Obama era unmasking that's a Bloomberg story from September 20th of 2017 Trey Gowdy. Samantha Power testified that intel officials made unmasking requests in her name that was October 17th the Washington Examiner That was the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chairman Trey Gowdy said Tuesday the President Obama's former United Nations ambassador the not all the I'm asking requests made her name were directed by her Samantha Power testified in God's Committee last week and Fox News reported weeks before appearances she was thought to have made as many as 260 request one mask Americans caught up in the surveillance of 9 u.s. Citizens but Tuesday evening told Fox News that power told the committee that she was not the official requesting the unmasking in every case. Well has that as the last caller said and we've been following this for the longest time. Then somebody was using her security clearance right for a reason. I think that if she were on your show she would say those requests to unmask may have been attributed to her but they were greatly exceed the. The exponential factor their requests she actually made God he said so that's her testimony and she was pretty emphatic in it. The Intelligence Committee has assigned this number of requests to or her perspective her testimony is that they may be under my name but I did not make those requests we've got to get to the bottom of that. And it was dropped after that why. Because that would be a huge key Judicial Watch Yes And again this was.
