And she was able to go to a darker, funnier place than a lot of people. A lot of her writing is very funny. She was very funny herself. And like a lot of people, like a Robin Williams or many comics, theres a darkness inside them. Thats where that funniness comes from, through the pain comes the humor. That was definitely true for her. And it was obvious she had quite an impact in front of the cameras through her many movie roles. But also, i guess, a few fans realized she was also quite impactful behind the scenes. She was. She was whats called a script doctor here in hollywood. When she fell ill last week, the dog, who has a twitter account, he tweeted, im still here waiting for you, mommy. And then when she died, he tweeted again and he said, i will always be by your side, but best of all, you are always by mine. And ive got to say, i could get the reaction from her daughter or her mother, its the dog that really made me tear up. Its kind of sweet.
