Inches of rain submerging cars in dallas. The water catching motorists offguard. 911 calls inundating police last night. Three water rescues all in a very narrow area. We have two more trapped in high water. People standing on top of a car. Reporter outside oklahoma city, streets nearly impassable. Rescuers working round the clock, pulling off rescue after rescue. Prosecutors say he started making the payments five years ago. To quote compensate and conceal his prior misconduct.
