The Washington Post reports this morning that foley was tortured during the two years he was held by islamic militants. The post also reports that he and three others were waterboarded several times. Ukraine has accused russia of invasion entering its territory with tanks, artillery and troops and nato says at least 1,000 Russian Troops are in the country. Reporter russia already annexed crimea back in march, and if rebel forces push further west, russia might secure a strategically important land corridor all the way to the black sea. And heavy rain in lubbock, texas, left one motorist stranded nearly underwater when his car was swept up by some fastmoving currents. Its causing concerns on both sides of the atlantic. Hundreds of earthquakes have rocked this area, and some lava is now pouring out of a fissure. Iceland has just issued a red alert. That is the highest for Airline Flights near the volcano. Four years ago air traffic to and from europe was disrupted by ash spewing from another volcano in iceland. Also another volcano affecting flights in the Southern Hemisphere after a significant eruption, an ash cloud in papua new guinea. The ash cloud is 11 miles high. Australias Qantas Airlines is rerouting flights around it. Some local residents have evacuated, and others are being told to stay indoors. An eruption from that same volcano destroyed a town 20 years ago. Military officials have confirmed that the pilot of that f15 that crashed in virginia was killed in the accident. The fighter jet en route to new orleans crashed in a remote mountainous area on wednesday. The pilot belonged to the 104th fighter wing of the Massachusetts Air national guard. Edmond alexander has been arraigned from his hospital bed for interfering with a flight crew. Police say alexander became enraged on a miami to paris flight after the passenger in front of him reclined her seat. When a Flight Attendant tried to intervene, he was attacked. Now, an air marshal on board ended up arresting alexander. He was taken to the hospital because of a preexisting medical condition. Boston police are looking into why this woman fell or stepped off a subway platform onto the tracks. Watch this. P. Officers this morning investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that killed a woman in her 30s. It happened b 11 oclock laugh night on highway 80 east of the bay bridge toll plaza. Several lanes were blocked off to traffic and officers on the scene say they found evidence that the driver did have contact with the delineators on the lines. In napa a residents learns that the read tags mean a building is up safe accused of sneaking into the house to do hunting and is inment hot water with the city and his neighbors. Amy hollyfield has that story. The red tag on the home wasnt enough to keep him out. To make it clear, officials have used tape and garbage cans to set up a barrier to let people know you cannot get close to this home. The neighbors say they heard a boom and thought it was another earthquake and ran outside and saw a cloud of dust.
