It happened last night just before 8 30 on southbound highway 101. The Red Wood City Fire Department tweeted out this picture. They say the driver was rejected from the car. The crash closed the freeway for more than three hours. For word on what caused the car to crash. A bay area family is making a plea for a driver to come forward after a deadly hit and run collision. Police say it happened sometime between 2 30 a. M. And just after noon on wednesday on willow pass road north of lynwood drive. 28yearold Frank Fernandez had been mitt by a car, but no driver stopped to report it. Officers say there is no indication drugs or alcohol were involved. San Francisco Police have arrested a man in a quadruple murder in the citys hayes valley neighborhood. Bulleted were fired in to their car while they were parked. Reporter for more than a year and a half since the murders of four young men in hayes valley, Sala Chandler has been on a mission to find justice. Police called her about the arrest of 27yearold lee farley. I dont know him, but you murdered by child. Reporter some of her fellow Community Organizers praise her tenacity. Reporter her 19yearold son was in that car when police say a shooter possibly shooters opened fire on him and three other young men killing them at the scene. The suspect was already in custody at the federal prison atwater, california and arrested or picked up from the prison in atwater and transported to San Francisco. Reporter he was in federal prison for illegal possession of a firearm. He was serving a 76 month sentence that start in april. The original criminal complaint was filed nearly two week after the quadruple murder. Sala chandler has no sympathy for the 27yearold now charged with murdering her son. This morning were hearing from the mayor of stockton after finding out a gun stolen from his home was used to kill a teenage boy. Mayor Anthony Silva has had two guns stolen in his he home in several stints over the past two years. Court documents from the d. A. s office says one of the guns was used in the killing of a 13yearold. Silva reported the gun stolen 28 days after the murder because he says he no longer lived in the house. The house was empty and the house was actually burglarized twice. One time i came up on the suspects that were in the middle about of robbing the house. And so each time i reported a burglary and one of those times i reported the stolen gun. Police recovered the gun in a sto stockton home. San Leandro Police are trying to go find a man accused in an attempted kidnapping. The man dressed in all black pulled a woman into a car and tried to take her away.
