The defendant just happens to have the money, the resources to post it. And she could be out by the end of next week. The county counsel is reviewing the properties that li has submitted, they have to verify that theres enough equity in them to most bond in property instead of cash. Lets say i file my taxes, and i owe 800. There will be a libltz of fine and a little bit of penalty, but it will be ten times as high over that eightmonth extension.
