She can see the blood and were at adams avenue and people is been told to shelter in place because of the search. Were told the suspect ran into this neighborhood and that is why you can see those police cars, including were told, s. W. A. T. Trucks. And that is the latest here on adams avenue. We just heard from the Fremont Police department about the two deputies shot, sorry, two Fremont Police officers shot this afternoon. The first officer was shot one time and he is in Critical Condition. The second officer shot outside of the Safeway Store was shot two times and now is in stable condition. So that is the latest we have from the scene, here. The Sheriffs Office is underway. They have s. W. A. T. Teams and they also have a drone and theyre going to be using a special thermal camera on board to try to look for any hiding suspects where they can vash wallize. This started at 1 30 around the corner, at an auto zone store. Sky 7 was overhead and a deputy was shot. The suspect backed up on him. And the driver took off on foot and ran to a Shopping Center where he entered a Safeway Store. And a second officer was shot by the suspect. Now, listen to a spokesperson for the police with the latest on those two officers condition. One officer has been shot twice and is in stable condition. The second shot once. And he is out of surgery in Critical Condition. Its touch and go. The search encompasses a block, more than 100 deputies are engaged in a search. Residents who may see the suspect or suspects hiding in their yards are asked to call 911. A description has been released of one suspect, a hispanic male with an orange shirt and about 30 to 40 years old. A machete was used in this attack that took place. Not only machete but a handgun was used. We have no reason to believe he wanted to take steps to try to avoid arrest. His cousin appeared in court, along with the 17yearold. They were arrested last week in an apartment complex and a home near the murder scene. Another class mate is accused of driving one suspect home from the murder scene. We is three defendants charged with murder with special circumstances. And the fourth deemed.
