Since i saw you about a half hour ago, there was a green vehicle that was parked right here on the curb. They have no parking signs, tow away zone signs all along this side of the road here on 19th street. That car has been towed. They want to make room for these dumpsters that are going to be coming in and they are going to be delivering them there. We have another tow truck here that is driving along. Lot of people are staying with friends and family until they can clean up and do the repairs but if you are parked down the street in these neighborhoods and they do tow your car to make room for the dumpsters, dont worry, you will not be charged. All you have to do is call the city and they will tell you where your car is at and you will not have to pay for it. Well keep on top of that and let you know about this in the meantime. This weekend, women in North Carolina are planning to protest because they find the message of this billboard offensive. Real men provide, real women appreciate it. The sign located off a Winston Salem highway sundays protest is planned underneath that billboard. The Organizer Says the goal of the demonstration is not politically motivated but to start a discussion. She says the sign represents a mindset that should not be acceptable in Todays Society and right now, we dont know who is behind that billboard. What should have been a sleepy ride home in a lyft car from sfo turned into a life or death emergency. Fortunately for the lyft driver, his passenger tuesday night was a doctor from San Francisco general hospital. Dr. Nwando olayiwola had been sleeping but woke up when the driver opened his window and seemed to be in distress on interstate 80. The doctor recognized the man was having a heart attack. She called 911 as well as the drivers wife. In minutes, paramedics arrived and took him to the hospital. I thank a lot. She did the best. When i told my kids the story, they said, mommy, youre a hero. I feel like i was doing what a good doctor would do. And we should mention that lyft driver moved here after serving u. S. Forces in afghanistan as an interpreter. He is back home grateful and recovering in modesto. Who are these people . A bay area photographer is asking that question, sharing that photo on social media. It shows a couple getting engaged in San Francisco. Very nice. Want to give you a closer look. Angie wilson posted it on her facebook page. She took this two years ago, december 4, 2015, at the palace of fine arts. She was just out for an afternoon walk, heard this music playing and saw a man down on one knee holding her hand, asking this lady to marry him. Wilson said she wants to find this couple and the violinist and to gift them this memorable photo and shes asking for your help. And we have questions. Why did it take two years . Weve sent that question to her. Hopefully theyre still married. So many questions. Whats a violinist playing . Thats what i want to know. What was he playing . Thats neat. I hope we find them. I love stories like that. Good morning, everybody. We always talk about how we do negative stories. Thats a nice positive one right there. Heres a look from the east bay hills. Doesnt it look like winter this morning . The hue here as the sunrise is coming up over San Francisco. Temperatures cooler than average, even with the mostly sunny afternoon. Showers are possible saturday, mainly dry sunday, one more chance of showers monday and then dry and finally temperatures warming back to where they should be next week. Look at the fog, clearing up a little bit in santa rosa. Lingering around and temperatures are below freezing. Elevated surfaces, black ice possible for another two hours or so. Lets focus in on tonight and sunday night, best kmans of mainly light scattered showers, not an allday event, not everybodys going to get wet but the pretty cool thing to me as far as meteorologist is snow level is down to 2500 feet, we may see hail and graupel, which is soft hail mixed with snow. Heres a look at 11 00 tonight. 8 00 tomorrow, starting to go away. Sun comes out, adds some energy to the atmosphere. We have a redevelopment of the showers as we head through the afternoon and early evening hours saturday and then sunday morning, waking up mainly clear and then mainly dry all day sunday, but 10 00, thats when the rain will start to develop once again. Look at how minute these rainfall amounts are and look at how some of us dont even receive any. So not a big deal. Dont change your weekend plans. Heres my accuweather 7 day forecast. We got a 1 up there all three days and then mid 60s. Id rather look at you anyway. Thats your sign to wrap it up, mike. Sorry about that. Heres a look at golden gate bridge. Really pretty sunrise as mike said. It is chilly this morning so there is a chance you may have to scrape your windshield when youre heading out to work or school this morning and possibly a little bit of ice forming on the roadway as well in the north bay. I know we had some reported north on state route 29. Today, we do have just a little bit of fog there. Just north of santa rosa, so its just want you to use caution, black ice is possible this morning. Westbound 2 near edge water boulevard, reports of a new crash.
