Track problem is causing some major delays for passengers headed to the pittsburgh bay point station. Sky 7 was overhead earlier showing the stretch of track where b. A. R. T. Says problems with the electric third rail are causing some real issues. Right now most trains on the pittsburgh bay point line are turning back at the North Concord station. Shuttle trains are taking passengers between North Concord and pittsburgh bay point. A b. A. R. T. Spokesperson said the reported power surges along the track is similar to an issue last year that disabled dozens of cars. We havent ultimately decided that this is the same problem, but there are some similarities. So, in an abundance of caution, we are taking a real close look at this and in the meantime using shorter trains which seem to be less susceptible to the problem. Reporter two days after San Francisco District Attorney George Gascon cleared officers, protesters gathered. This is not the hall of justice. This is a house of horrors. Reporter wednesday District Attorney gascon showed a 3d an mated analysis of the incident. They reported perez lopez came toward him with the knife. Officers fired six shots. Five of the six bullets his perez lopez in his back. Based on the reaction time, perez lopez would have been able to turn 90 to 180 degrees by the time the first bullet hit him. This report declares that his human body running way is faster than a speeding bullet. Reporter officers said under the law are justified in using deadly force to protect others. In this case, another man perez lopez was reportedly arguing with. The District Attorney is sending the full investigative file to the state attorney general. Reporter a handful of protesters were at the Federal Court House in San Francisco today criticizing the Trump Administration for threatening the federal money that San Francisco and Santa Clara County depend on. Its an attempt to bully San Francisco and santa clara to abandoning their sanctuary city policies by the use of an unconstitutional executive order. And we have 35 of our revenue at stake, federal revenue, 4 to 5 million a day that we are relying on the expectation and reimbursement from the federal government. Reporter attorneys for San Francisco and Santa Clara Countys were in court today seeking an injunction to block the executive order. They say they stand to lose more than a billion dollars in federal money each. But assistant attorney general chad reidler made a completely different argument in court. He said the executive order was narrowly focused and would only affect grants to cities from the Justice Department and homeland security. At most, a Million Dollars for Santa Clara County and no money at all for San Francisco. Government attorneys would not go on camera, but u. C. A massive hole led to evacuation for People Living below lake orville in february. Since that time crews have been clearing damage debris. Tey are demanding more documents be released about the dam and spillway problem. Information about what happened, information about previous studies and reviews of whether the dam and the spillway was or was not safe. That needs to be made public. The Governors Office said it will not release all details about the dam and what went wrong due to legal issues. A plan to repair the spillway has yet to be formulated. Wow, all right. Those Homeless Navigation Centers in San Francisco seem to be having an impact and now with tented across oakland, they are calling for Navigation Centers in east bay, too. On any given night there are 2000 people, some of them children living in places like these on oakland streets. Councilmember Rebecca Caplan believes the intervention and access to services Navigation Centers provide can help get many off the streets. When you say to people we dont want you living in the underpass, we have an alternative location people can go that can be safe, that can have sanitation, and that can also have access to social services that can help people improve their lives.
