Abc7 news was at superior court in palo alto today when turner took the stand. He testified the sex was consensual. The woman contends she was blacked out and did not consent. A student covering the case for stanford says its made her more aware about the dangers of alcohol. I think for me, just as a student, it makes me want to be careful around alcohol. I want my friends to be careful around alcohol, because it makes bad decisions. Turner withdrew from stanford and is banned from campus. In vallejo, new allegations regarding the way the Police Department handled the kidnapping of Denise Huskins. Police initially called the abduction a hoax, until a man was arrested for the crime.
