not, thank you very much. here is a breakdown of the damage. 90 trees knocked down, or damaged including 15 last night after the winds died down. the clean up could last until thursday. crews removed two tree that's fell in the city sunset district. the trees crushed home plate back stop. areas hardest hit were on the western side of the city. crews have been able to clear up some of the sandy mess from the highway. it was shut down when the 75 miles per hour wind gusts threw sand all over the road. the stretch remains closed. >> a lot of relief in southern california tonight. a fire evacuation order lifted for homeowners in ventura county. the drive destroyed two homes burning 170 acres. abc 7 news reporter leo stallworth looks at 18 hours of fear. >> fire race tlud parts of fillmore yesterday damaging homes like this one. sharon says her yard was on fire and fire came within steps of her home. >> i went down street to see what is going on. and and he grabs the hose. >> the fire started yesterday afternoon in a mobile home park. the cause is still under investigation. crews raced into action on the ground and in the air and the fire burned some 170 acres. some residents were evacuated. >> damage, two structures damaged from the fire. and there is one vehicle. >> gene says he stood and watched winds pick up flames. >> how close did it get to your house? >> about five blocks away. up the street. >> this is smoke so thick. so our daughter lives up on that foot hill. and we're a little concerned. >> crews are mopping up any hot spots. >> we're calling it 100% contained at this point. we do still have crews on the ground. >> with another wind alert tomorrow, fire crews are staying on alert. >> they're going to be patrolling the area making sure we don't have flare up autos officials say they brace for another wind event tomorrow, they want residents in this community and beyond to stay on alert and this is is just in case another fire brokes efforts. >> so taken two engine companies one from a station in burlingame and putting one engine here. >> closing the stations on hillside and crest view drive would save about a million dollars per away in a silver toyota prius. >> california lawmakers hope to stop a new trend that targets celebrities called s.w.a.t.ing. someone calls today report a fake emergency usually at a celebrity's house. it's not just in l.a. but in northern california, too. a bill would increase penalties for making false calls. law enforcement say the calls tie up officers from responding to real emergencies. >> initially when we get calls like this, we'd roll out entire s.w.a.t. teams. those can get expensive according to the lapd. >> this bill would hit pretty hard and if minors are guilty they're parents an x-acto knife, ran down a hallway slashing students in the face and neck. >> i was just going to class. i just walked in and i saw a girl bleeding on the stairwell. >> reporter: today, students and
