Chafin wants to build between eight to 16 affordable apartments for teachers, charging them 2,000 a month. Reporter but chafin cant move forward because her land is owned commercial. She plans on keeping the hair salon which sits on the property but she needs the city to grant her a permit for mixeduse residential so she can go forward with housing. One of the victims has been identified by her university as an 18yearold College Student and just minutes ago the bbc reports that the youngest victim is believed to be six or seven years old. Some of the concern now is the possibility of an attack here in the u. S. New York City Police are ramping up police. They say out of an abundance of caution.
