Reporter mark davis tells abc7 news it would be bittersweet and hard for him to move to las vegas, although it looks like that is looking like what will happen. Davis made the comments yesterday at the airport as he was headed to phoenix for the nfl owners meeting, and he said he thinks his players deserve to play in the new stadium they are building, and it looks like the deal has enough votes. I asked him what he thought of the move for the raiders from oakland to las vegas, whether or not he had the votes, and he said he does have the votes, and they are very optimistic. We are hearing there will be a vote on monday afternoon, and they will have at least 24 of the 32 owners necessary, 75 , to allow the raiders to move. Reporter raiders fans are not giving up. Over the weekend they marched to the coliseum site to show support for the team staying here, but mark davis told abc7 news he thinks fans from l. A. And the bay area will travel to las vegas to watch the team. The owner of the patriots thinks the move sounds great, not what raiders, though, want to hear. Happening today the man accused of grabbing a 13yearold girl right off of a San Francisco street is expected to be in court. The 26yearold is kharpblged with six counts including kidnapping and lewd acts. He grabbed the girl on wednesday and tried to force her into his car. Two people nearby heard the girls screams and stopped that kidnapping. Sunnyvale police are trying to find a second teen they believe this man had inappropriate contact with. Police arrested Moises Martin on friday after a 13yearold girl told investigators he send her text of a sexual nature, and hes a volleyball coach and police are trying to determine if there are more possible victims. Happening today the man arrested in San Francisco for a quad raop annual murder is expected to make his first appearance. The victims include a 45yearold woman, her 11yearold son and 14yearold daughter. The fourth victim was a 21yearold San Francisco woman. Police have not revealed a motive or what relationship oliva has to the victims. Rocks, smoke bombs. San jose police had to show up to the stadium in riot gear after the fight broke out between fans who were rooting for the same team. Those rocks and bottles hit the bus many of the fans arrived on to watch a soccer match from two teams from mexico. When Police Arrived the fighting people scattered and the fighting stopped. They were moving toward the stadium with drums and yellow smoke bombs. I was scared for the bus, because it was getting hit by not rocks but boulders. Its ridiculous. San jose police are telling us nobody was seriously hurt and they did not end up arresting anybody. A group of activist is calling for a renewed push to pass an equal rights amendment to the constitution. What do we do . Abc7 news was in palo alto where supporters led a march yesterday, and the equal rights amendment would guarantee equal rights for women and it was passed in 1972 but fell short the amount of states to ratify it. A 20yearold man faces drunk driving charges following a crash that left a person in Critical Condition yesterday evening. Police investigated the collision between a car and two vans, and the force of that crash sent one person flying on to the pavement. One of them was ejected from the car, and we are working on whether or not it was out a passenger window that has been shattered or out the sunroof. A life flight helicopter flew that person to a trauma center, and officers arrested the driver of the vehicle that caused the crash. Trying to determine how the stolen honda suv ended up in the marina near the antioch bridge. And divers searched the suv but did not find anybody inside or nearby, and a passerby called after spotting it, and a truck pulled the suv back to land, and the suv was reported stolen in livermore. And then not building a factory in livermore after all. The future says it will focus its future on North Las Vegas instead.
