Residents and Business Owners say that is car spinouts like this happen at least twice a month. Heres last november at the exact same spot. Oakland police and the Highway Patrol have tried to crack down on these side shows. But one hot rod owner i talked to tells me there still isnt much fear the police are going to break up these events. Do you ever worry the police will show up . Not really. Some neighbors say they arent surprised by the side shows. Theres nothing to do in oakland right now. The kids are starting to make their own way and do their own thing and have their own fun.
