I do think it appears the three rounds were fired from the officers weapon but it could turnout to be more than three that were shot but that is what we think. We do not believe there were any shots fire from the suspect. The suspect was armed with a nine millimeter with a defaced serial number and five rounds in the chamber and one round in the magazine.
