Two occupy protestors are facing charges this morning after march through downtown to mark the anniversary of violent clashes with police in city hall 200 people marched through downtown oakland. They say the killer took valuable items and then fled in a 2006 volvo suv that was later found abandoned. We are getting our first look of a San Francisco man accused of kidnapping a girl last month. 25yearold bradley rosak is charged with taking the girl from Park Side School in san mateo and molesting her. She managed to fight off her attacker and run back to the school. Park side increased security in the wake of the kidnapping. They accused him of fraflg girls last spring. If found guilty he faces a life sentence in prison. Eric new this morning, San Jose Police have arrested a 24yearold man they believe is responsible for raping a woman two weeks ago.
