Reporter yeah, the presiding judge is saying that at the north county jail, which is the oakland jail that the Sheriffs Office is leasing, that the Sheriffs Office is leasing most of the beds to the federal government for federal inmates because they want to balance their budget. The judge says that if they were to reverse that and put more of the local prisoners in the north county jail, the oakland jail they may have maintained the arraignments at that jail for north county prisoners. San Francisco Police say they have increased patrols at twin peaks following the murder of man during a robbery. Witnesses say a man and woman approached the 71yearold moments before he was shot and demanded his camera. The extra patrols follow other crimes at twin peaks including the killing of two men. A group of three to four suspects in their late teens punched and kicked a passenger. They stole his iphone and laptop. They ran out of the station and have not been found.
