The individual charged at the officers and made the confrontation. The man died after being rushed to a trauma center. Santa clara county prosecutors and San Jose Police have both launched separate what happened. An east bay man [ inaudible ] killing his wife in walnut creek last week entered a not guilty plea today. 38yearold gregory entered that plea against the advice of his public defender who wanted to delay the arraignment until tomorrow. He is accused of shootingol ros park last thursday afternoon. Police tracked him to martinez and an 18hour standoff ensued as he sat in a car near a gas station.
