Firefighters in san jose responded quickly to a fouralarm fire that broke out in a home located across the street from a firestation. This happened near downtown san jose in the 10187 interchange. Firefighters called for more help when the flames jumped two other homes. A combination of lumber, plastics and other materials in the backyard of the house where the fire originated made this firefighting effort more difficult. A longtime San Francisco pub damaged by fire last year will close for good. The land lord isnt renewing the lease. The english pub opened in 1973. A man is in custody on suspicion of drunk driving. Paramedics took seven passengers to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries. We did put at least four people into what we call precaution, that meant they were experiencing some sort of neck or back pain. This accident happened as passengers were getting off the bus.
