We have a number of strike teams. We have transported about 50 patients already from the facility. Were having them go, transport and come back. That helps, as well. So first to leave was the most critical patient sns. Yeah, we identified the most critical patients to get them to the facilities that are best suited for their needs. Weve done that. Were working on some of the more distant locations now. Some of the patients are just wheelchair bound. Some are ambulatory, as well. Where are you finding beds for everyone . Well, were looking all over the bay area, actually. Were starting within our area within the county. Right now, were looking outside the county, if we need to. So other convalescence facilities. Were hoping its a short Term Solution because the company is hoping to get the power back online relatively soon. So you may have to transfer all of these patients back . Yeah, the reverse transport process will have to take place, as well. Obviously, a little less critical. But no less intensive. My understanding is no one was hurt . No injuries here today at all . Nobody was hurt as a result of the fire chrks , which was a small fire. Chief, thank you so much. As you can see, the evacuation continues. These, again, are the people who are not critically ill. Well, larry, first of all, traffic is an absolute mess here in this neighborhood of the richmond district. We are at second and geary. The fire started in a building behind that fire truck there fween geary and anza. Firefighters are in the process of mopping up, but it was a very slick burning fire. The first call came at 1 55 this afternoon. A multiunit, three story Apartment Building caught on fi fire, quickly got the residents out. They didnt even know the building was ablaze. It spread to the other side burning the edges of that building. So it was a great job by firefighters. They quickly snuffed out the fire. It was a difficult blaze, however, because of the abundance of electrical wires overhead. They had tough laddering conditions, as you can see. We face these difficulties where we have the wires. Thats why we keep the ladders, they are really important to us. You dont get shocked. Well, reggie, there were no injuries, thanks goodness. The cause and origin of that fire yet to be determined. The origin team out there trying to determine what it was. So, again, firefighters mopping up in the richmond district. It was a very quick, fastburning fire. They got the complete opposite, instead. Yeah, a fiery accident caused both directions in interstate 680 for hours this morning. One of his tires actually deflated. It caused the big rig to jump the center rail spewing up chunks of concrete which slammed into oncoming cars. Multiple drivers were injured. They took her and treated her. Thats all i know about that. The nightmare commute went on for hours. This is an awful way to start my day. The truck was registered in tracey. And then there was this to deal with. A massive 10 mile traffic backup. The day parks of Southern California are still stuck in the mud. And many who arent registered in dirt are stuck in traffic. The most critically injured ones are moved first. The challenge was finding beds to accommodate so many patients. The search was underway for empty beds elsewhere. We identified the most critical paeshts to get them out of here first, to get them to facilities bestsuited for their needs. Were working on some of the more distant locations now.
