But another assault charge was added when he allegedly attacked a medical staff member. He was released two weeks later. Then, the very next day, Police Arrested him again for assault and battery, and for being drunk in public. Back in a cell, he became aggressive and angry. A decision was made to move him to another cell for monitoring. When he refused to cooperate. Thats when he turned to pepper spray and then a stink bomblike substance and then plastic projectiles. Detectives were trying to figure out where he was killed or at a previous location. The victim worked on a project so close to his heart.
