If the coupon came to the store, they are to charge you no, i got it backwards. If the coupon came from the store, they should deduct it before they figure out their tax. E mailed, when can i request my provider to unlock my phone . Good questions today. Theyve all signed an agreement, all the major phone companies have signed an agreement that goes into effect this upcoming february. What it says is they have to unlock your phone. They all agree to unlock your phone after your contract is up and youve paid your final bill. So for most people it would be two years in, then they have to unlock it if you request it, but you have to request it. I just went through this. You did . Oh, yes. Did they do it . Let me just say a thirdparty provider said we will unlock your phone for a fee. If youre in the middle of a contract, you have to buy out your contract, which can be costly. And this is even if youre a customer with them for ten years. So its about 100 to 150 to unlock your phone using an outside party, and it gets done but its expensive. Good evening, im dan ashley. And im cheryl. Thank you for joining us. Dead birds are turning up in the sa san jose area and it may be all because of the drought. Leanne is here to explain why. Leanne . Reporter this is the pa palo altos area where hundreds of birds died due to the same kind of bocculism and killing them here in the state. Let me explain how it works. The bacteria that causes avi avian bocculism releases a toxic from, for example, maggots that carry this toxin, and thats part of the process again. But this year the drought is making things a lot worse. Some of the wetlands are dry. There are fewer places with water and birds are forced to move to other locations. So now we are seeing a lot more birds concentrated in overpopulated areas of water. Now, once that bocculism spreads, fish and wildlif wildlife officials start seeing a lot more dead birds. They have already identified dead birds in the area near the oregon border, and also in sacramento, and they anticipate this will spread. And its really sad to see the birds once they have this disease. They become paralyzed, unable to lift their heads, and its often fatal. With the current conditions, we may see a lot more birds dying, and it may repeat year after year until the drought starts to abate. Reporter and this will continue to spread, so fish and wi wildlife is asking that if you see such symptoms or dead animals, report it immediately. Now, ppl
