He is back home at santa clara, not far from levi stadium. Bruce millers roommate answered the door and said miller had nothing to say. Miller returned home after bailing out of jail where he was being held for aggravated assault. The charges stem from an alleged scuffle overnight. The security video shows miller bleeding and staggering at the Fishermans Wharf moments after it happened. I told him it is private property and he has to leave the property. He was jobbing mitting there. He was vomiting there. They say it was the result of miller trying to enter someone elses room across the street. An argument with a 70yearold man and his son from the next room lead to a fight. Miller was arrested once before in march accused of shoving his then fiancee and breaking her phone. Now that he has been cut from the 49ers the fans are sorry to see him go, but respect the decision. I agree with that. Especially if he is under the influence. We will miss him on the team, but there is nothing else we can do. We just have to keep going. They have to keep pushing.
