Right now there are a few hundred people speaking on housing and rental issues in the city. Wea just heard from about 100 more on the topic of Police Reform. An over flow crowd packed Oakland City Hall spilling out to the rotunda. 96 speakers signed up to weigh in on Police Reform and a proposal to create a Citizen Police commission with the power to investigate and discipline officers. I have witnessed him ranting on the corner. Racial and offensive language. Abc7 news was in San Franciscos sunset district where hoganson lives. You can see signs of white extremist scribblings on the window of his home. Drivers say they saw a man with a rifle near interstate 80 in berkeley today. They were above east shore state park as Police Conducted an extended search. It started when drivers called 911 around 12 30 this afternoon saying a man with a gun was on a pedestrian overpass. A nearby day camp was placed on lock down. The search ended 6 30 this evening with no sign of the man. You are looking at a man police believed robbed the bank. He was arrested near amadore plaza road and was hit around 11 15. They found him at the bart station with a large amount of cash. Witnesses also identified him as the bank robber. The metropolitan Transportation Commission says highway 101 between 380 and whipple avenue is one of the most unreliable stretches in the bay area. That roadway is bad now and it has been bad for years and will only get worse unless we do something about it and we can do something about it. The san ma day yo county trans San Mateo County Transportation Authority will look at options such as a traditional carpool lane. They believe an express lane is the only way to go.
