Tonight the family of 22yearold dale wants to know who is responsible for the old tree that fell and crushed her car on interstate 80. Good evening im dan. Im carolyn. That tree came down on westbound interstate 80 near the cherry glen road exit. Tonight allen spoke with her family. The old tree stood for years when it fell at the exact same moment 22yearold miss dale was driving by. Oldest one and grand daughter. Reporter her great grandmother price was driving ahead of her on interstate 80 in vacaville. Thats when she realized she had dropped out of the Rearview Mirror shortly after passing the old tree. It was on the freeway. But it wasnt moving when i went through it and the other car having went through it. Reporter it was 1 45 on sunday afternoon. The storms had long passed and the wind was down when the fate of the girl and old narld tree collided. It was a direct hit across the driver seat. Crushing the roof and the solo driver. The tree was dead. Should have been cut down long time ago. Reporter caltrans sent out survey crew to find out how this happened and whether or not the tree is on state property. At this point it doesnt appear the tree belongs to the state of california because there was a fence line there and actually fell across the fence line. The driver was cited for failure to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk. Meantime shot in the head in San Francisco Mission District. Police arrived at ingle street just after 5 this evening and found the victim, his car as you can see here was pepper with bullet hole. Officers not released any information about the suspect. Investigators are lacking for the bullet that struck wounded San Francisco Police Officer to determine who shot him. Department veteran shaw is recovering after being shot in the shoulder saturday afternoon. He and his partner were conducting a traffic stop in the Mission District when the suspect reportedly fired shots and then drove toward officers. Shots partner returned fire. I first reported this problem in january after many users were noticing blisters right where they wore the tracker. At first fit said there was a small number of victims but reports just kept coming in and still are. Fit bit pulled the product off the shelves and now untold numbers are left with a rash and mystery. What in the world were they exposed to. Matthew of San Francisco liked how the fit bit force counted every step he took. Every mile he ran. He didnt like what it did to his arm. Once i got a really bad rash i really hated it. Matthew had worn the did he vase for week before itchy red bump suddenly broke out. He put it on his other arm and it broke out too. Im worried. I dont know exactly what it is. He went to the on line forum and thousands of comments about users with the same rash. So its not just me. Time to figure out what happened why it happened. At first the company said very limited number of fit bit force users experiencing skin irritation. Possibly as a result of allergy to nickel. But many on the forum say they are not allergic to nickel. They worry because rashes didnt go away. They began sharing theories on causes. And ideas for treatment.
