Tweeted by police this morning, dozens of sandbags stacked on pallets and ready to go. The town saw record flooding east of gilroy two and a half weeks ago after a levee from a nearby creek broke. Let me start off by saying, i dont expect that to happen again. The next storm coming in, as you saw up here a few minutes ago, is a one on the storm impact scale. It is light. Well talk more about that in a minute because that is down the road. First high clouds. And were seeing the effect of the temperature outside and we are feeling it. You could see it spinning way off shore. See that spin right there, that is what brings us the southerly surge. Temperatures yesterday in l. A. Were in the 80s and were starting to tap into some of the moisture. And i should say some of that warmth. The high clouds are on the increase but this storm will promise us a couple of rounds of showers. Now here is the way it looks from east bay hills. Hazy out there and could you see the high clouds. Poor air quality is possible on this spare the air day. Above average highs. Umbrella you need that for wednesday and thursday and friday and another dry and mild weekend ahead. So were going to give a sacrifice wednesday and thursday and friday for a nice saturday and sunday. 49 in vallejo. Only temperature still in the 40s. Most of us in the 50s. You could see 59 at Half Moon Bay and los gatos, the warm spot, and Half Moon Bay was 61 a few minutes ago so that cloud cover is dimming the sunshine enough that it will stop our potential heating at about 60 in richmond on the low side, to san joses 67. Those temperatures about three to seven degrees warmer than average. From the exploratorium, there is a litt a little bit of a breeze but not too choppy on the water. In the afternoon, 59 to 65 at 2 00 and 58 to 63 at 4 00 and it is delightful and even in the shade not too bad. Notice how slow the cooling it. At 6 00, in the mid50s and upper 40s to low 50s if you are out at night. And the fog will bleed into the neighborhoods from east to west because of an easterly wind. And temperatures mid to upper 30s to mid40s around the bay so i dont think frost as big of an issue tomorrow as this morning. So on the storm impact scale, breezy at times and minor flooding concerns, the ground is so saturated. So 3 00 to 5 00, scattered showers and by 7 00 they are more numerous. The first round is going to move in wednesday night into thursday morning. That is going to make thursdays morning commute the first one to really have issues with the wet weather. The showers will taper on friday and bit time we wake up on saturday, the storm is over. Temperatures in the 50s during the storm. Were back in the low 60s by saturday and sunday. Well looking at three quarters to an inch and a quarter in the south bay and an inch in the half for the most of us and three inches in the Santa Cruz Mountains an the north bay. Thanks, mike. It is a strong flavor and it is small and you get that satisfaction of finishing it in its entirety and it is really low in sugar. And dont forget fruit. It is full of fiber and that fiber makes you feel full while satisfying your craving. And if you are on the go, eat dried fruit. Make sure that it is no extra sugar added.
