Crashed. It was a startling evening for neighbors who lived just off the coast near half moon bay. I ran to my window facing the ocean, and i could see that the plane was turning around and it was losing altitude. And it all started after 7 00 sunday night. The person reported a plane flying erratically and sputtering before losing sight of it. This witness described what she heard.
