No word yet on when that exit will reopen. The storm turned fatal last night when a man was trying to run away from a falling tree and was hit and killed. The marin police say say say say waited. A gust of wind caused the tree to crack and a man driving a van accidentally hit him and he died at the hospital. A fallen tree branch killed a man in the lower hills. Police have identified him as 42yearold anthony heres abc reporter menendez. He had been living on an embankment in oakland. It appears the 42yearold had been there for some time.
