The family claiming the results contradict what the police have said about clark advances on them in a threatening manner that night. Reporter the protests coming just hours after an independent autopsy commissioned by the clark family claimed the unarmed 22yearold was hit by eight bullets, including six to the back. And the findings of his autopsy contradict many of the narratives that the Sacramento Police put forward. Reporter on the night of the shooting Sacramento Police trailed clark, believing he was behind reports of vandalism in the area. They say they fired at him after he turned and advanced towards two officers while holding an object which was extended in front of him. Retired nba journeyman and longtime Sacramento King matt barnes hosting todays rally, was with his own two sons when news of clarks death was announced. And says it was a teachable moment.
