In this situation and this kind of investigation, anybody that lies to the fbi will probably face charges because this is such a high priority investigation. Reporter the fbi will interview judge kavanaugh, dr. Ford, and three more witnesses. Kavanaughs two schoolmates mark judge and p. J. Smyth, and leland keyser, who ford claims were at a gathering where the alleged assault occurred. Keyser already on record saying she recalls no such incident. Kavanaugh denies all accusations. Sometimes i had too many beers, but i did not drink beer to the point of blacking out. And i never sexually assaulted anyone. Reporter however, other kavanaugh classmates who contradict his testimony about drinking are not on the list. Six fbi background checks over the years would have uncovered this.
