Then he went into the church and shot the minister. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous and the six children are in protective custody. Abu dhabi Officials Say the woman who allegedly stabbed an american to death in a Shopping Mall was not acting alone. She was targeting americans. Officer pantaleo spent two hours in front of the grand jury telling them he did not put him in a choke hold which the nypd bans but executed a takedown as he was trained to do. The 23person mostly white grand jury met for nine weeks. They would have needed 12 votes to indict. The outcry instantaneous. The Justice Department says theres a widespread problem with the Cleveland Police department. It finds excessive use of force. The latest involving a boy carrying a toy gun who was shot to death by an officer. The investigation found problems from top to bottom in the police department. We also assess the reasons why officers resort to excessive force. The Justice Department says the board is ineffective, fails to explain its decisions and hasnt reviewed a use of force case in two years.
