Yeah, they say jodi lee hunt killed four people including a former girlfriend before turning the gun on himself. Here now abcs david kerley. Reporter police found jodi lee hunt, suspected of shooting and killing four people in West Virginia, all of whom he knew in West Virginia. They discovered his black pickup truck. He died of a selfinflicted gunshot wound suspected of leaving behind three grisly crime scenes. These werent random acts of violence. Mr. Hunt did know each of these victims. Reporter police were called to a tow truck business. A man found dead there. Another man dead west of town, and to the east, a man and woman all believed to have been shot. Several local schools were placed on lockdown as police searched for that pickup truck. We do have some key pieces of evidence that point towards him as being the suspect and including even social media traffic as well. Reporter police are looking into the possibility that a romantic relationship and the breakdown of that relationship may have contributed to these deadly shootings. David kerley, abc news, washington. A developing story in utah where a possible attack on a high school has been avoided after a student was arrested with a loaded gun. Police say another student told authorities about the gun. When questioned, the suspect admitted he brought the gun to school. The student intended to shoot a particular classmate and then open fire on the rest of the school. President obama is taking concrete steps to discuss the simmering distrust between police and communities of color after the ferguson case. He unveiled a 263 million plan to assist community police, including 75 million for police body cameras. Also enacted tighter controls on the way local Police Departments use federal money to buy militarystyle equipment. The nfl will not punish those st.
