All as simple as adding a little bit of this oil in there and sauteing some onions and some carrots. To that well add some chopped garlic. Well add some water. The flavor of the soup comes from the tomatoes. Were going to use some of this tomato sauce and have two cans of tomato paste. Youre going to let that simmer for about 15 minutes. 15 minutes simmering and straight into the blender. Go ahead and close that up. Were going to add a little bit of evaporated milk. Its going to turn from a nice dark red to kind of pink. Okay. Done. So what does that need now . A Grilled Cheese sandwich. I agree. Lets make one with pumpkin. Take your knife and put some of the fresh butter and put it directly an the hot griddle. Well add some cheese. I like mozzarella. Some of this wonderful cheddar. Youre going to like double down. You want extra cheese in this one. And the other side, were going to use canned pumpkin. Just lay it down flat with the pumpkin side in. If you want that cheese to melt extra fast, cover it up. Well serve the Grilled Cheese sandwich on the plate. Im serving some of this hot soup. You dont have to use a spoon. Add a little Parmesan Cheese on top. A 28yearold woman is in stable condition after her car rolled down a 50foot ravine. First, authorities struggled to find her but a cell phone tracking app helped save her life. Abcs John Ehrlichman has the story. Reporter this gives you an idea just how far 28yearold melissa vasquezs car rolled after veering off mt. Hamilton which overlooks silicon valley. About 500 feet down a steep ravine with heavy brush. Reporter the driver from campbell, california, was airlifted by a u. S. Coast guard helicopter. Then wheeled off to Regional Medical center in san jose. But initially finding her was not easy. Authorities tried to use the onstar navigation system. We had onstar turn on the vehicles horn. We also had officers turn on sirens to see if onstar could hear the sirens to try to triangulate the location. As the hours passed, vasquezs family reported her missing. Then officers went to her house, cracked the password on her ipad and used the find my phone feature. Im getting a hit on a gps from the find my iphone app. Reporter it led them to this hidden ravine in mt. Hamilton. The Sheriffs Department was called and she was rescued tuesday morning. Reporter these are the pictures thats got everyone talking. A pregnant woman in her ninth month doing strenuous lifting, pushups while standing on her head. All part of her grueling crossfit workout. She started doing crossfit two years ago. When she became pregnant with her second child, she saw no reason to quit. Being pregnant is not being sick. Reporter the only real change she made was dropping the amount of weight she was lifting from 65 pounds to 50 pounds and maintaining that throughout the pregnancy. She says she worked closely with a trainer. When she showed her doctor pictures of the workout, she was assured it was safe to continue. For women at this level of physical fitness before pregnancy, they can listen to their bodies and safely continue to work out at that level throughout their entire pregnancy under the supervision of their health provider. Reporter she suffered terrible morning sickness during her first pregnancy but says she felt wonderful during this one and she continued her crossfit routine until four days before she delivered. A 28yearold woman is in stable condition after her car rolled down a 50foot ravine. First, authorities struggled to find her but a cell phone tracking app helped save her life. About 500 feet down a steep ravine with heavy brush. Reporter the driver from campbell, california, was airlifted by a u. S. Coast guard helicopter. Then wheeled off to Regional Medical center in san jose. But initially finding her was not easy. Authorities tried to use the onstar navigation system. We had onstar turn on the vehicles horn. We also had officers turn on sirens to see if onstar could hear the sirens to try to triangulate the location. As the hours passed, vasquezs family reported her missing. Then officers went to her house, cracked the password on her ipad and used the find my phone feature. Reporter these are the pictures thats got everyone talking. A pregnant woman in her ninth month doing strenuous lifting, pushups while standing on her head. All part of her grueling crossfit workout. She started doing crossfit two years ago. When she became pregnant with her second child, she saw no reason to quit. Being pregnant is not being sick. Reporter the only real change she made was dropping the amount of weight she was lifting from 65 pounds to 50 pounds and maintaining that throughout the pregnancy. She says she worked closely with a trainer. When she showed her doctor pictures of the workout, she was assured it was safe to continue.
