at the funeral service fire hell's angels biker today. >> a fellow biker shot him to death while the club was laying another member to rest. >> the motorcycle gang gathered a remember him at oak hill sem mar in san jose and tonight police are looking for the member who killed him, we're live with more on the rivalry and the internal strife. >> reporter: the funeral today was peaceful and the cemetery back open after being closed several hours for the private event. there were 600 mourners inside and a lot of police outside. it was the second massive hell's angels funeral in just two weeks, another roar of motorcycles along the avenue in san jose, this time came to bury steve tawson, the last time he was here he was shot to death at the funeral of another hell's angels biker. >> the way it went down is not a good thing. it is kind of sad it had to go that way. steve was a very well-known person, very respected amongst the community. and, he was a big family man and i hate to see it do anything to damage the name of the hell's angels. >> reporter: police have a large presence as well, and greater than last time and though officials wouldn't give numbers and officers roamed off parking lots at the shopping center across from the cemetery and, the credit union opposite oak hill's main gate decided not 0 open and customers were greeted by a notice on the door and the loud procession of bikers brought out spectators. >> like the blue angels, the noise it puts out, perfect. >> reporter: there was less commotion and the funeral two weeks ago, and thousands of bikers had gathered in oak hills for the burial of a hess angel, and, today, he was laid to rest on a hill top, on the other side of the cemetery from the gravesite where he was murdered two saturdays ago. >> we are focusing on the fact that there might be outside groups coming into cause a problem and although we have no credible information that that would occur and also believe that, you know, it was not beyond the possibility there might be friction within the same group. >> reporter: earlier in the day, a thousand people gathered at the jubilee christian center for a church service before heading to the cemetery and despite the calm a motorcycle gang expert fears the trouble may not be over. >> the rivalry will continue, and, it is just like any other gang warfare, whether it is hell's angels, or hell's angels... it will continue, because it is all about turf because they are gangs. >> reporter: 2:30 the bikers began leaving oak hills cemetery without incident. police would not say if they had any undercover officers inside the cemetery at the time, as for the suspected killer, steve ruiz, there is a warrant out for his arrest and police believe his life might be in danger. cbc 7 news. >> thank you. the occupy san francisco movement is getting a boost today from someone who helped in signify great the oakland occupiers an documentary filmmaker michael moore stopped by the cam nus. and sergio catana is live. sergio? >> reporter: he's actually not here at this point, along with probably a few hundred people who are isles at occupy and you can see there is quite a few people who are here but there is a quite large group that took off, a little bit earlier this afternoon, probably about an hour-and-a-half ago, and there is a pretty sizable group of about a thousand marchers who are making their way, down market street, right now, as we speak. and those saturday marchings are actually becoming a regular occurrence in san francisco and the occupy s. f. group says it is a way of making sure people are invigorated every week and showing their numbers, and, michael moore was here at occupy s. f. for a few minutes and we manage mentioned -- managed to get video of him as he arrived and, one of the people who was in oakland early in the week and joined the movement and, jacko, he said he wanted to show up in san francisco for today. >> i don't know if you heard what michael moore said, but it is the most organized movement going and is a large, upset group that, you know, want the things, promised to us back. >> reporter: and, that seems to be one of the things a lot of people who are still here at this group, in san francisco, continue to -- people wander over and start chatting about some of the main points of the group, and, again, one of the things they say is that this is not the most clear set of demands, but, it is just not a very clear set of demands they have, and at this point, we do know that the group is going to be making their way back down, market street, shortly and, we'll have the information, coming up, later, abc 7 at 11:00. reporting live -- in san francisco, abc 7 news. >> all right, thank you. meanwhile, city crews spent part of the day cleaning up san francisco, justin herman plaza and the department of public works employees hosed and swept the area around the occupy camp site and today's cleanup comes after a lot of people in and outside of the camp expressed concern over the potentially unsanitary conditions there. >> what happened, that is significant, i think for everybody, is that we're no longer worrying about words like code, bar code and regulation and stuff and starting to talk about sanitation and hygiene and, those are things that concern everybody in the camp, as well as everybody, you know, in the city. >> and, the city says it routinely swept and power washed justin herman plaza as part of the regular duties, before the occupy protesters ever set up camp. >> oakland's cox pie camp contin -- occupy camp has grown and organizers announced plans on the web site for a general strike in oakland wednesday and a meeting to plan the strike is set for 5:00 tonight followed by a march tonight at 8:00, and the strike comes in response to last week's raid, by oakland police that cleared protesters and their camp sites from the plaza. a fake apology was sent out for the police action this past week and put it on city of oakland letter head and the mayor called it completely fabricated. and, scott olson remains in fair condition today, suffered a fractured skull when he was struck by a projectile during the clash between protesters and police tuesday and doctors are hopeful he'll make a full recovery. >> coming up, u.s. forces are killed in afghanistan and how the taliban was able
