Yesterday morning the iowa state patrol confirmed 23yearold ryan schultz was driving on the shoulder of highway 1 in Washington County when the front rack of his atv came loose. Those arrests happened over the weekend at a farm about 40 miles west of fort dodge. Theyre facing charges of trespassing. Trespassing. And heres video as more protesters were arrested in north dakota near the Standing Rock sioux tribes reservation. Nearly 150 people have been arrested there in the past week. This was the scene early yesterday morning as several fires were started by demonstrators. New questions this morning over the body camera policy at one of iowas three public univ. Universities. Iowa state Campus Police started wearing body cameras this past summer but the Des Moines Register found out their policy isnt public knowledge.
