Georgia deputies responding to a dispute late last night when they were shot. Deputy patrick died from his injuries. The other officer remains in Critical Condition right now. The whole thing began in byron, an hour and a half south of the suspect fired at the deputies just moments after they left there squad cars. Spent they got out and walked maybe 10 or 15 yards and they came under fire. They were struck. They went down right there. The officers returned fire and hit the suspect. He is taken into custody and he is being treated for gunshot wound. The man accused of chaining up a woman in a metal crate for two months is a todd was being interviewed for the kidnapping of caleb brown and he confessed to other cold case murders. Lucas and beverly were all killed at the repair shop. They said he was a customer and committed murders.
