The study tracked offenders let go from work release and prison who ended up back behind bars within three years. That number has increased and last year about 15hundered inmates returned. Nearly 10percent of eastern iowans are uninsured leaving more than 10thousand cedar ra healthcare. That could soon change as a new initiative is unveiled. The name of the program is cr careavan.
