Right now two people are under arrest. The division of criminal investigation announced today that 28 yearold Christopher Yenger and 27yearold zachary dye have been charged with murder. Back in 2006, a Birthday Party was held at a home in ottumwa after the party, someone lit the home on fire. 20yearold Nathan Messer and 22yearold Seth Anderson both died. The case went cold but was reopened this month after evidence surfaced showing there was a a ght at the papay involving yenger. Authorities say they uncovered enough evidence to charge yenger and dye with two counts of murder. There is no sign of a shooting at a San Diego Navy center. Thats the word from authorities after the Medical Center was put on lockdown today. Today. Reports of an active shooter were sent out all over social media.
