The big commodity everyone is watching righ now is oil, which is trading below 30dollars a barrel to put that in perspective, less than two years ago, oil was trading at more than 100dollars a barrel, so companies and countries that depend on oil sales feeling it. Todays drop is the first time in 12 years oil finished trading under 30bucks. That said, some traders say the market is overreacting to the oil worries. They hope the continued strength of the us economy will help the markets recover relatively quickly. 269 Walmart Stores will be closed by the end of this month. Ceo Doug Mcmillon announced the closures this morning, saying after a company review, stores that combined, make up less than onepercent of walmarts revenue. Most of the affected stores are small and within miles of another walmart. Mcmillon said his Company Plans to open 300stores next year, but needs to be disciplined about its growth. All the Walmart Stores in iowa will stay open. However, every chipotle in iowa and the country will be shut down, at least for a few hours, next month for employee training.
