A call came in to Charles Capper not too long after that. Charles capper, iowa Outdoor Power owner10 43 53 about 2 30 i got a phone call from the sheriffs office. They said the cub cadet store had blown away. Police say the National Weather service is calling it a short burst of very strong winds. Capper is cacaing it the reason his business is roofless. Standup believe it or not there used to be a wall here, but now that its gone you can see two tarps hung up on that Grain Elevator that used to be in this building. Thth were travelling from costa rica when police got a tip about the stolen passports. The greek passports had been replaced with photos wf the five syrian men. Right now, it does not appear the men have any ties to the attacks on paris last week. In paris there are conflicting reports on the suspected ringleader of th terrorist attacks. The Washington Post reports two senior european officials confirmed Abdelhamid Abaaoud died in a predawn raid. Heavy gunfire and explosions rocked a paris suburb when french swat teams hit an Apartment Building searching for the mastermind. Eight people were arrested and two suspects died. Some reports say one victim was abaaoud and the other, a woman who blew herself up with a suicide vest. Other reports suggest investigators are still trying to identify the victims. Authorities also confirmed more details on the attacks. They say three teams of commandos carried them out. All three arrived at the same time at the three separate locations. State senators liz mathis, pam jochum and amanda ragan brbrght concerns theyve hearar to medicare and Medicaid Services officials in dc. Right now, the staterun program is scheduled to transition to a privatelyrun program m january first, governor branstad says the plan will save the state money, and offer better care. Critics doubt those claims. Caregivers and patientssay theyre worried about gaps in coverage. Theyre worried that the doctors they have relationships with wont be covered under the new plan, and the quality of care will drop. Echoing those concerns, the three Iowa Senate Democrats say the planas it stands right nowis deeply disorganized and theyre not sure it can be ready by the end of next month.
