They tell us around 330, they were called to the 500block of eighth street southwest for a person who had barricaded themselves inside a home. During that time, several viewers called our newsroom saying they were being told to stay inside. Around 730 tonight, they say that person finally came out of the house and was taken into custody without any kind of incident. Police say for now, they arent releasing any more information. Until the iowa caucuses, things are beginning to shift in the polls. The latest fox news poll out tonight shows president ial candidate ted cruz with a two point lead over donald trump in iowa. The results come just after a Des Moines Register iowa poll showed cruz soaring to a ten point lead. Most National Polls still have trump as the leading republican. Republican. So he set up the online fundraiser, saying their message is the same as his to show love without discrimination. We hear in media and social media about hate crimes against muslims and sad comments that can be least described as islamophobic, i must say, that here in cedar rapids we have always been shown love and always felt welcome. Thats because the people of cedar rapids, iowa, and the midwest are genuine and hold the true american spirit. And i think it that is very, very important now, more than any time before, with all the negative news that we hear, and all the unfortunate comments made by a minority, that dont really represent americans in general, and lso all the unfnftunate incidents and terrorists attacks that are happening by few, few, few minority, that do not represent what my faith is, what islam really is. And there is no better time or place to prove this and to counter this, than the time and the place that were in right now. One man is dead after lice in pennsylvania shot and killed him inside a wal mart. Police say 20yearold andrew todd pulled out a machette and threatened customers. There were a couple businesses actual businesses that were open and he actually presented himself there again holding the firearm and the owner of the business made a 911 call and was very concerned.
